Crypto Wallet

The simlpe explaination of a crypto wallet is a place to store your crypto currency wich is analogous to a real world wallet. Originally you only needed a bitcoin wallet, this would be enough to hold your bitcoin allowing you to spend and receive. As the crypto space has evolved their are a multitude of ways to store bitcoin and all the alternative crytocurrencies. An example here would be the fact that nearly every crypto currency has its own unique wallet. This would be too much to consider for the new comer in the crypto space. I have recommended these companies below as their service or software is easy to register with and start using or has a low barrier to success. Once you have got a better understanding of wallets you may consider other alternatives, the selection below is based on the idea of storing multiple crypto currencies.

I have only recently started using this service. I like it a lot because I think it is pretty straight forward. It is simple, reliable and secure enough for a new comer to use. I would insist on making passwords as secure as possible. The main point of this wallet is that it allows you to store multiple crypto currencies. The company offers more services I am yet to explore but I have and recommend the coin payments wallet to begin your crypto journey.

I have been using this wallet for about a year as of the time of writing 29/05/2017. It is a simple and secure way of storing multiple crypto currencies. I have found it reliable and easy to use. The only negative I can find is that the Coinomi Team have not yet release an IOS version.

I have been using the Blockchain.info wallet for a number of years, I think it was my first wallet. Blockchain are one of the early tech start ups in the crypto space and have been quite pioneering in their time. I have not had any issues with this wallet and have also installed their mobile app. This is good point to start as a new comer. My only advice would be to follow all the needed security procedures properly as this can be a point of failure no one can save you from.
